Shipping Methods and Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you to the best of our ability, but the resolution of the issue is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the package.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
