Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized goods are exempt from being returned.

Return Process If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Either fill out the return form provided or contact us at contact@paraeyewear.com with your order number.

Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Restocking Fee Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
